Prices Include
- Up to 8 hours of Entertainment
(including cocktail and dinner music)
- Up to 2 hours of transportation (One Way) to
event.
- No Extra Charge For Lighting
(if needed)
- We do not charge an hourly rate.
The flat rate pricing covers your day or evening event.
Typical Wedding: (No additional fees are charged)
- Cocktails 4:00pm (cocktail music
provided)
- Dinner 6:00pm (dinner music
provided)
- Dancing from 8:00pm - 12:00 or 1:00am
The only time a client will be charged any additional fees
is if the client exceeds the total hours allotted for music
listed above, or wishes to have entertainment past 1:00am.
Example: All day shows at fairs, Weddings wishing music at a
secondary location (ceremony), Last-minute overtime request
past agreed stop time.
Additional charges for transportation are as
follows:
Events that require over 2 hours of drive time
(one way) but under 6 hours of drive time are
charged an additional $100.
Events that require over 6 hours of drive time
(one way) but under 10 hours of drive time are
charged an additional $200. We do not accept
bookings over 10 hours from our home office.

Price Quotes For 2007:

Saturday Event - $800.00 - with possible
discounts available if the joining Friday is
booked or other conditions exist.
- Friday Event - $600 - with possible discounts available if the
joining Saturday is booked or other conditions exist.
- Sunday - Thursday Events - $500 - with even greater possibilities
for discounts if certain conditions exist.
Please keep in mind that even the Saturday rates may be discounted if
certain conditions exist. It is always best to call for a formal quote.
